Revisited the flooded bridge along Broadway extension, close to Scout area in QC.

CLEANING UP STARTED, 

RAIN CONTINUES TODAY

At about 9pm last night the water level was still the same as in the morning.
Hoping for the best I went back today to have a look again. The bridge was thankfully accessible again and some house where free of flood water. Of course it left a muddy mess behind. The community was scraping off mud of about anything. Houses, cars, streets. So much garbage, a major cause of the floods, got stuck under a walk bridge.
