How much rain can those clouds carry?

It doesn't seem to stop, this heavy downpour 

Just incredible. We all had the feeling the water was finally retracting itself but just now while going around I noticed it even got worse. Almost every intersection is submerged in teh area. For sure the same for most of Metro Manila. 

Taken 45 minutes ago, these pictures. Now it is dark outside. Most flooded place have no electricity. They will have to brave themselves for another long wet night.
